Need one more restaurant

I am a frequent visitor to New Orleans. I live on the gulf coast and work takes me there frequently and my family and I love to visit as well. I have many "favorite" restaurants that are on my personal must-visit list. However... I am headed to New Orleans in about two weeks to meet up with a friend who is coming in for a business conference a few days early. She has never been before - to the South in general - and I'm having a hard time choosing where to go for our Saturday evening dinner. It will be a later dinner - around 8:30-ish. I'm trying to work around some of the tours she wants to do together.

Here is our food itinerary -

Dinner Friday: Cane & Table or Bacchanal

Breakfast: Biscuits and Buns on Banks
Lunch: haven't decided but I'm not wavering on my choices with that one.
Dinner: Right now I have reservations at Dick and Jenny's

Brunch: Elizabeth's
Late lunch/early dinner (before I head back home): High Hat Cafe

Here are the requirements for Saturday night's dinner ;) :
- quintessentially southern/New Orleans
- preferably in the French Quarter because we will be finishing up a tour - which is why I'm reconsidering Dick & Jenny's.

I'm open to pretty much any suggestion :)

Cane and Table,
Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits,
The High Hat Cafe,
Dick & Jenny's
