After reading the post about the cod with miso, I too had the same question. What else can you do with the rest of the miso tub besides miso soup? And how long will it last?
I made the salmon with the miso from a Bobby Flay's recipe and it was very good. The marinade smelled divine and I thought you could thin it out and use it for a Asian salad dressing.
Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
