I know I've resorted to it in a pinch, how about you?

I'm talking about take-away food condiments. They're certainly not the quality of what we might choose to use but admittedly these pesky throwaways come in handy when you're short of that certain component. Just yesterday I used packets of red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese for my eggplant parm. How have they rescued you lately?
