Research on Langer's chopped liver - final report.

Went today on an investigative mission inspired by previous post below.

Langer's version of the venerable chopped liver is a joke:
a) grainy texture
b) pale beige color (how can you get a pale beige by just chopping liver!!!)
c) taste somewhere between papier-maché and soy bean purée
d) $8.95 appetizer size.
e)side of VERY sweet cornichons.

Conclusion: blech!
(Was sent back. Waiter graciously waived charges)
