Request: city/state required in certain boards..

There was a similar topic posted on the New England board, but was removed due to off-topic nature I assume.

In some boards (In my case, the New England board), we have much confusion when people post indicating they've found a wonderful restaurant, and don't specify with enough detail where it's located. -- The most common case is listing the city and no state -- Take the very common case of "Burlington" -- in most cases people are referring to Burlington, VT, but what about Burlington, MA?

I think that the addition of some fields to require Town/city and State/Province would be extremely useful for certain boards (I do realize this would be counterproductive for such boards as "Manhattan", but could be a feature only enabled for certain boards).

GRIPE: I find it quite offensive that a post is removed without leaving any evidence -- i.e. some sort of message in "My Chow"- my posts indicating it was removed.
