The fall menu looks interesting, featuring lots of game and an unusual plate: Abattis de Volaille which includes crétes, rognons, gésiers, foies mijotés aux cepes, jus de volaille au vinaigre. Wow! Also grouse, colvert, perdreau and marcassin. Many plates for two.
