Haven't seen anything about Cork in a while except every mag/paper around seems to be writing about it! Has anyone been for wine flights and cheese and then dinner? If so what is the verdict? Is the atmosphere 'nice' enough to make it a good spot for both wine/cheese and then a sit down dinner? And please tell me they don't serve the red wine warm!! i see they don't use any of the wine gadgets that places like Veritas and Proof use for temp control so i was wondering if they at least try to serve the wines at the right temp. Thanks!
