Hi, I'm a free-lance reporter for the Wall Street Journal's "Weekend Journal" section (specifically, one of the "Catalog Critics") and I'm doing a story/critique on "of the month" clubs, with a focus on fruit and flowers, but also discussing others ones (coffee, beer, wine, potato chips, bread, bacon, you name it).
Jim Leff gave me permission to post to this board and hear from any and all chowhounds about their experiences, positive and negative, with various clubs. I'm interested in hearing not only about the quality of the products, but the customer service as well.
