Although some Chowhounders seemed to bash just because it is a chain of sorts, I wanted to report that I had a thoroughly pleasant meal. Dare I even say, it didn't even feel like a chain and was certainly more imaginative than some other seafood places in town.
The lobster dim sum appetizer was delicious, as was the plantain ravioli.
For dinner, the tuna was also quite good (although the sauce did have a but too much butter). I tried the monchong, served with pea risotto and a citrus champagne sauce- delicious!
Capped off with the souffle, which is typical, but wonderful.
Overall, I thought this place was a well oiled machine-service was top notch, as was the food. Great place!
