i had dinner in these restaurants last week.

this is the newly created restaurant by antoine westermann,the chef of the 3 star buerehiesel in strasbourg.the space is small and modern.reception is warm and friendly.actually a free drink is offerred while you're making your selection.everything is very precise and correct,except it seems to lack character.
my entree 'pate en croute" was fine ,the main dish"poitrine the veau"was copious with meat and seasonal vegetable".it was very professional and quite tasty butyou could not smile while eating.the wine list was fine and offerred good choices at decent prices.

tables are set tight against each other.the waiters fly,rather than walk.its very noisy. service is
prefunctory at best.the food is uneven. the appetizer ,
scalops on a bed of puree of peas was excellent.the main dish terrible and the dissert, rice pudding with caramel quite good.
