Report on Lone Pine, CA trip

Spent a little time in Lone Pine. Found two restaurants that were pleasing to all our party. Went to Seasons for continental dinner two nights. The steaks were very good. The lamb – rack of lamb and lamb chops were enjoyed. Don’t think the seafood is worth ordering (pretty mediocre Ahi – but this is inland so this could be expected). Don’t order prepared desserts – worst crème brulee I’ve ever had. But the batch of fresh berries was great.

High Sierra Cafe was great for breakfasts. They have excellent omelets that come with crispy hash browns, and if you like, fresh and warm blueberry muffins. Order a side of their salsa for your eggs – it’s very good.
