Report on Frozen Yogurt After All of Your Input

First, thanks to all! Tempering the egg and making a slurry of the cornstarch were spot on. I made chocolate banana fro yo and it was so smooth and even rich-tasting, despite using just non-fat milk and non-fat yogurt! btw, occasionally i use non-fat Total if i have it on hand and it definitely lends increased smoothness. Anyway, thank you for solving my problem!
