REPORT: New Chinatown Thai

Had several good meals at Rice and Spice, a new Thai restaurant in Chinatown. This is only the second Thai restaurant in Chinatown and most of the customers are Asian. Lunch specials are $4 and most of the dinner menu is $5-$9. They have a liquor license. I liked: Fishcake, Garlic chicken wings, Chicken lettuce wrap, Galanga mussels, Old market soup, Duck noodle soup, Green curry chicken (SPICY!), Stir fried Thai spicy sausage, Lemongrass string beans and Thai BBQ ribs.
