Replacing whole wheat pastry flour in a recipe?

This recipe calls for 1/2 cup of whole wheat pastry flour, is there any way i can substitute this?
I do not want to use all whole wheat flour, since I still want that light and fluffy texture. Maybe a combination of cake flour or all-purpose flour?
