After the original chefs have moved to Las Vegas and opened "Lotus of Siam" there, some readers claimed that the food quality was still good, but I have not seen any recent claims. Anyone with good taste in Thai food (Tom A.?) willing to venture a Feb. 2002 opinion?
(For reference, our favorite is Palms in Thai Town, for their green papaya salad with dried shrimp, the Bar-B-Que squid, the beef jerky, and their fish dishes. We always go at times to avoid Elvis!)
If Renu Nakorn is still good, what are the best dishes there (in your opinion, obviously)?
