I have been asked to provide dessert for a 160 guest event in November. I am looking for suggestions on where I could rent kitchen space for a day in or around Saint Paul. I would like to bring in my own ingredients and my own pans. Many of the commercial kitchen rentals online require a minimum that far exceeds my needs and a certification in food safety. I would just like a place with enough dependable ovens to bake off several slab pies. My other hobby thought is to rent a space where my sister and I could knock out the majority of our holiday baking.
