Reno - lunch

I will be in Reno this weekend visiting my mother. I am looking for something in the $5-$9 range per plate - preferably where 4 of us can sit down. The kind of place that is your weekend, old-standby, favorite. Where you want cheap, consistent, good food. Any cuisine.
