Thanks to Reno CH Steve Timko for this rec. We liked it a lot and will definitely go back. Super easy to hit on the way to Costco :) We didn't think it was quite as good as El Adobe or Abel's but quite tasty. And it's a much more casual place. Order at the counter, pick up salsa. It's in a little strip shopping center. Was quite popular when we were there about noon. Bob had the chile rellenos plate and I had the al pastor. Both came with really good refried beans and rice and some chopped onion and cilantro. Very generous portions and we will share one dish next time. I tasted his rellenos and really good. My pastor was also with a nice fresh flavor and quite tender meat. I think one of the fave orders with the worker guys was 4 tacos for 99 cents each. Saw one of their burritos which looked a goodly size :) for $6. And a man across from us was having the molcajete which had shrimp and steak with blocks of cheese and various vegetable including on the those bulb onions I see so often in Latino markets. Our lunch for two with two Tecates was $22.
