Have you removed the flow restrictor from your kitchen faucet?

My new countertops have been installed and so has my new kitchen faucet (http://www.homeperfect.com/grohe-3375...). The specs on the faucet list the flow rate at 2.5GPM. I haven't tested it yet, but I don't think it will come close to that when I do. The water flow with the spray feature feels a little more vigorous, but the regular flow really seems weak to me. I know the flow restrictor can be removed, but I'm told that doing so will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Are most of you satisfied with the amount of water flowing from your kitchen faucets? Or have you "done the deed" and removed the flow restrictors?
