I made some crab cakes to serve Christmas Eve as part of a fish dinner. I will be serving them on a bed of lightly dressed arugula. However, some of us really like remoulade. We eat at the Chuck Muer restaurants often and they used to serve a delicious pink remoulade with their crabcakes. We all LOVED IT.
I would like to serve a remoulade on the side as an option. Any recipes that would yield this pink/rose/blush colored remoulade.
