Remembering some great Chicago Pizza

Do any of you old timers out there remember a pizza place that I used to frequent in the 60's. It was on the north side just off Howard Street on the street just east of the tracks. You had to walk down some stairs to the place which was below streeet level. The name of the place was Villa Girgente (or something like that). They served a fantastic thin rectangular pizza cut into squares with corn flour on the bottom. It was the best I've ever had. The place is no longer there (hasn't been for decades). Have they moved? Or is there an alternative place that serves pizza in that style?
