Does anyone remember the Ham and Cheese Croissants that Loblaw's in-store bakeries used to make in the early 80's?

I'm trying to recreate the recipe and I can't remember what cheese they used...Gruyere maybe? I believe they used Black Forest Ham and Honey Mustard as well. They didn't sell them for long but they were deliciously addictive!
