Looking for reliable economical food processor

maxmillan | Apr 12, 201710:34 AM     4

I have a Kitchenaid purchased from 2000. It seems the current models are less well built as I see reviews are average. My model still runs well and I'm guessing parts back then were better.

My sister has been borrowing mine for making vegetarian food and I'm reluctant to give her my workhorse. Can someone suggest an affordable one I can gift her? She has broken 2 very old cheaper models (the shaft chipping or breaking off.).

Previous posts I feel do not reflect the current changes in popular brands.

Thanks for your help.
