Reims/Epernay Suggestions

Hope I'm not creating an additional Reims/Epernay thread, but the most recent one I could find was from 3 years ago.

Looking for both champagne houses and restaurant suggestions, and if you would pick one area over the other. Is it possible to do both in a day? Not sure if it's better to get to know one area or get a quick feel for both?

And are Vueve Clicquot (Reims) and Moet & Chandon (Epernay) worth visiting or better to choose the smaller houses?
