Reheating pork tenderloin in puff pastry

nofunlatte | Nov 6, 201601:27 PM

Hi all--I made a pork dish (tenderloin split and stuffed with goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto, and then wrapped in puff pastry and baked). It was for a dinner party about 6 weeks ago. I made 3 and we only ate 2, so I froze the third. Planning on serving it (and other assorted freezer leftovers) the evening before Thanksgiving. What would be the best way to reheat it? I'm cognizant of the fact that it won't even be close to being as delicious as it was back in September, but the guests won't care (this is kind of tradition--leftovers the night before).

BTW, the Thanksgiving meal WILL be delicious :)
