If You Were Registering for Wedding Gifts,...

what would you pick for your kitchen?
I love to cook and always have. I was spoiled growing up because my grandmother let me loose with all of her lovely kitchenware. Now that I live on my own, I'm really sick of my junky pots, pan, and knives and can't wait to replace them. I want to make sure that I'm registering for things that will last the way that my grandma's things did.

I think I have most of the basics covered (All-Clad pots and pans, Le Creuset french oven, KitchenAid stand mixer, Cuisinart food processor, Global knives, Chicago Metallic bakeware) plus a bunch of little things, but what are a few things you find essential for a well-equipped kitchen which I might have forgotten? Do you have any specific brand recommendations? General suggestions?

I know this is broad, but I appreciate any time that you take in order to respond to it. Thank you.
