As the refrigerator dies, recipes to use up 'stuff'

I'm making fruit pies, pet food, flan (milk + eggs), probably a quiche, ....and saving the things that matter in our other freezer. (My home made sofrito, my Hatch chilis, my really good NOLA sausages).

What 'use up' recipes have you discovered in a situation like this?
