I have found the chowhound discussion groups very helpful over the past couple of days as I try to deal with Canadian Thanksgiving leftovers. All the posts I read were so friendly and helpful that I decided to join Chowhound! This is my first post.
I have some excess apples and cranberries that I'd like to bake into pies. I've been too busy to make dough so I bought a couple of frozen pie crusts yesterday. It was originally my intention to freeze my pies unbaked, but now it occurs to me that refreezing frozen, unbaked pie crust might not be such a good idea. Should I bake the pies instead if so, can I freeze them and for how long?
