I have been doing research on the restaurant scene in Miami and wanted to see what you all thought.
Would it be fair to say that the Bazaars from Jose Andres and Alter are considered the most refined spots in the area? How would you rate Pao in this category? Would you put Naoe in this category or some other place perhaps?
I generally am not a huge fan of chains (even high end chains) but I will consider them since it seems they are pretty significant in Miami,
For the purposes of this particular discussion, I wasn't specifically looking for spots like Michael's but if there is something especially worthwhile please feel free to mention it.
Also, are there any spots outside of Miami perhaps in a one hour radius by car that you would rank with the top of what Miami has to offer (destination restaurants so to speak) ?
