We had been back from Italy (we live in Iowa) for 2 weeks when my wife said I could go anywhere I wanted for my birthday. She meant locally, but when I said, "How about Vienna?" she said, "How about Boston?" So we'll be in Boston for a long weekend (F-M)in the middle of July. My question is, does red tide affect lobster as well as the bivalves?
Related to this, we're open to suggestions for seafood. Not just lobster but lobster rolls, clams (from outside the red tide area), fish ... We're staying in Back Bay, a couple of blocks from the Common. My first visit to the Center of the Universe in 35 years, my wife's first ever. We're willing to explore Cambridge and other wilderness areas as well as Boston, but will not have a car. All assistance gratefully accepted.
