Husband and I have prime time dinner reservation at Le Bernadin on 4/16. The finale to a much needed weekend getaway. I was interested in pre-ordering the whole red snapper rather than doing the tasting menu. Is that a mistake? My husband is a bit pickier than me but we like most all seafood raw or otherwise. We are not fans of foie gras, and he won't eat halibut, cooked salmon or oysters. Don't want to screw this up and could use some advice! Thanks.
