When Red Snapper isn't

There's an interesting piece in today's Chicago Tribune (registration required) discussing different types of fish being sold as more identifiable ones. One "study" -- it admittedly was only of a small sample -- found that 77% of fish sold as red snapper around the country is actually another species of fish.
