Red pepper spread--suggested uses?

I picked up a jar of Red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic (mild, not hot, a bit too sweet).

Any suggestions for incorporating into a chicken dish or vegetable dish? Maybe a soup? Eggs? I like that it's low cal and no fat. Right now, I am just using as a dip. I have a 20 oz jar of it. TIA.
