Red Corner Asia Lunch Mini Review

Alice | Feb 28, 2006 05:12 PM

Stumbled upon Red Corner Asia today for lunch and it was a great find. I had read the skimmed the earlier post about it, but didn't really remember what was ordered.

We ordered the Papaya Salad with raw crab - great flavors, spicy and tangy and very refreshing. We also had the appetizer beef jerky, which with the sauce was just fantastic. It had all the right spices marinated into the beef jerky and with the sauce, added a kick and it was so tasty, I just wanted to keep eating it. Lastly we had the chinese broccoli with crispy pork. THe pork was fried to a crisp but still tender because of the layer of the fatty goodness with a thin layer of the meat. I don't usually eat fried fat, but it was too good to pass up. Everything was excellent and I would definitely go back, probably with more people so I can try more items!
