I have already scanned this board and gotten a few places to check out, but since I am not very familiar with Montreal and need a little more specific recommendations thought I would post this request.
I will be traveling on Friday 10 October from Trois Riviere by car to the airport late in the afternoon and early evening, staying overnight at the Hilton by the airport. I will have 3 business guests with me from Brasil and we will be departing an early flight out the next day. Does anyone have a suggestion for a place for dinner? Price is not a real deterrent since we are on expense account, but still would like to keep it reasonable, up to $60 US per person is not a problem. I am the only wine drinker in the group and we would like to stop somewhere that would be relaxing after a hard day of business activities. We do not have many specific food preferences, but it would be good for these folks to experience something representative of local cuisine, either sea food or meat. The ideal would be some Auberge or bistro on the way in to Montreal that uses the local produce or does some nice seasonal things. I would love to venture in to town, but considering the timing and my unfamiliarity with the city, this may wind up being too hectic. We will probably depart Trois Riviere anywhere from 3PM to 5 PM.
