Need recs for holiday dinner out for employees

Trying to find a place for a dinner out for 10 employees, trying to keep the budget under $25 each, none are big wine or alcohol drinkers so we're good there.

Looking to stay Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix area. Fun, casual atmosphere, trying to stay away from the typical chains.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We were planning to go to Lucille's BBQ but they won't take a reservation for a party, so I'd like to find a place that would accept reservations.
