Hello....Im doing some research on replacing some pans. I currently have some Le Creuset cast iron small saucepans 18/20cm (too small prefer to cook with stock pans)) Also have a cheap stockpot made by Analon (hard anodized) which is not compliant with my new Induction hob so needs to go (I bought it second hand so no big deal). Also have a saucier/saute type pan with glass lid thats lovely to use. I also wasted money on Le Creuset Toughened non stick which is so chipped around the edges and can be heavy. Really disappointed with it. Im looking at options for replacement such as Scanpan/Le Crueset 3 ply/Mauviel.
My requirements are: Induction safe, easy to clean, no polishing, chip resistant dishwasher safe, lightweight-ish. A glass lid on some items would be great. Im a simple home cook for the family but also extremely busy and like to use the oven timer. My pans do not have to match but looking for investments and items that make life so much more pleasant.
As Im in Europe only interested in getting pans available here. Thanks
