I define 'Bivalvia-Vegetarian' to mean a vegetarian who can eat anything in the [Class Bivalvia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bivalvia) (e.g. clams, oysters, cockles, mussels, scallops).
Anything in the GTA, with the same quality and exceptionality as Hong Kong's Tasty Congee & Noodle Wonton Shop in IFC?
We already tried the following that all are worse (but as expensive) than the above Hong Kong restaurants:

Congee Wong : Atrociously many failures of DineSafe inspections
(I remember Mr. Charles Yu's advice of few Chinese restaurants purely passing these inspections, but one can hope!)
