Need recommendations for ethnic food on vacation

Raboi | Apr 30, 201502:16 AM     22

We are a family of 4 with two kids on a 6 week trip in the midwest. Most of the towns we hit will not have decent ethnic foods. Heard that Minneapolis/St. Paul has great ethnic foods so looking to pig out for 4 dinners and 3 lunches. Have one lunch already planned at Midtown Global Market. Moto I was one place that sounded interesting. Staying in Bloomington but will drive for food anywhere and will pay anything. Please no Indian/Nepalese as one of my kids wont eat it. Also, no latino as we are from South Florida and get plenty of Caribbean and S American here. Thanks ahead of time for the recommendations.

BTW, I have looked at the post by tvdxer but almost everything I look into is closed.
