Hi. I'm using somebody else's bakery in which to bake for a brand new business I started. (YAY!) Anyway, the owner doesn't have a stove, and I need to be able to boil something for my recipe. I need a recommendation for a quality, but not too expensive, "hot plate" to bring sugar/butter to a boil and then maintain the boil for a few minutes. Can you help me? I really appreciate it.
