Recommend a "casual" (or at least "casual-ish") steakhouse?

Question

What steakhouse do you recommend that would seat me if I was dressed in:

(a) A short sleeve polo shirt, white (possibly black) khakis (full-length, not shorts - think Levis Dockers), and Nike trainers;

(b) what I think is described as "casual business" (no jacket or tie, short sleeve shirt with button-down collar, but "dressy" pants and shoes)?

As mentioned already, you can get into any of the steak joints in Vegas dressed that way. It boils down to what you want to spend (from absurd to budget) and what kind of atmosphere you want (whimsical to old school). I would look at SW, CUT, Gordon Ramsey Steak and The Old Homestead.

I don't think any of the steakhouses would be a problem with a polo shirt and slacks & Nike shoes. Maybe Prime, maybe. But I've been to Stripsteak, Cut, Collicio's Heritage, Prime, and Delmonico's and you won't have an issue at those places.

Collicio's Heritage may have been the best. We go to Delmonico's when we are in a larger group because of their corkage policy. Our experience at Cut in February was in consistent but I know people that love it.

As others have said, the dress codes are pretty lax in most places. I remember one time I was in a nice Vegas restaurant dressed appropriately and the guy next to me was wearing a Megadeth t-shirt with what looked like a $2 hooker. 

So basically, What you stated you'd be wearing is just fine and likely much nicer than what many others will be wearing.

For your a outfit, I'd consider andiamos downtown, and possibly the Barrymore. A bit more relaxed, easy going places. 
For your b outfit I think you can go pretty much anywhere. That being said I would consider instead of a button down a party shirt...Nat Nast for example. And then I would recommend STK at the Cosmo which I think does a very good job with the food and is a very fun atmosphere. My favorite is CUT and I think your B outfit works there too but its more of a staid atmosphere.

Prime and SW are the only two that might question either of these outfits, and I think you'd be fine at them in B, as well. Go to Carnevino, you'll fit right in, and you'll have the best steak in the city.
