Not sure whether to post this in cookware or home cooking, but because I'm looking for recipes or at least cooking types, thought I'd try here.
Love my Cutco knives and the salesman got the best of me and has me testing out their cookware. I have all clad copper core which felt very expensive (to me) but I've not been impressed. NOw I'm about to test a more expensive "waterless cookware" set and want to make for certain it's for me. I have 6-8 weeks to test it out. A couple of things I know I want to try include eggs (probably both fried and scrambled).
In my set I will have
-small fry pan
-large fry pan
1 qt saucepan
-6 qt dutch oven w/ domed top
11 1/2 in skillet
I haven't been cooking as much since having a baby in March, but I just want to make sure I cover all my bases. I know some of this would vary according to what kinds of dishes I make, of course, but please let me know what you would be testing out.
