I love the flavors of these two herbs and have just bought new fresh and dried forms. Boring as it may sound, I used them last night to poach some chicken and onions. Still tasty though simple.
I'm looking for any great recipes using one or both of the herbs. The only restrictions are no meat-based (i.e. beef, pork, lamb, etc.) recipes. Chicken, turkey, fish, and any and all dairy are just fine by me.
