Can anyone give me a tried and true recipe for somewhat thin slices of beef osso buco? The ones I have are only about 3/4" thick and about 4" across, and they have the round marrow bone in them. I have no idea how long they have to cook. I'd love an Indian or SE Asian recipe if possible (can you make nehari / nihari out of this cut?). Pressure cooker recipes with specific cook-times would also be greatly appreciated.
