I have 5 lbs of grassfed organic butter that I got through a local source. It's delicious, man. It IS salted.
I'd like to think of a few things to make that really showcase this butter. (I know...I have a hard life.) Shortbread and perhaps poundcake are obvious ones. Other thoughts? I may want to use it to make some holiday gifts, too.
FTR, I do not eat red meat, and only small amounts of local poultry and sustainable fish. Otherwise, I eat everything.
