I bought feta for the first time today. Unfortunately I hate the one I bought. It's called "Treasure Cave" and has an unappealing dry, powdery texture. When I was buying it, I didn't realize that it was not real feta but rather the equivalent of that powdery parmesan in the canister with the green top. Anyway, I don't want to waste the whole tub. Any ideas for what to do with it?
