I have a guava tree and am in the midst of an avalanche of ripe guavas. I read the recent thread on what to do with all these guavas, but I was thinking of a cheesecake. However, the only recipes I could find use guava jelly or guava nectar. Since I have potentially hundreds of guavas, I'd like to find a recipe that uses the fruit--either in slices of mashed pulp (or both!).
