I picked up a bunch of fresh oregano from the farmer's market to use in place of dried in Mexican-style recipes. Will probably also use in a tomatoes and white bean stew. This is a large bunch though! I am looking for other specific vegetarian recipe suggestions to use up my bounty. Yes, I will dry and store at least half of it. :-) Thanks for any pointers!
