I have a 1.5 pound brisket in my freezer that I need to do something with, and soon. It was cut off from a giant 7 pound brisket.
Because it's such a small awkward size, I don't want to do what I would traditionally do, which is make a braised brisket. I would rather cook the meat and use it in something like a beef and barley soup. It occurred to me that this might work well in my Instant Pot. Does anyone have any recipes or tips on how to proceed?
