Looking for Recipe from Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library

GeorgiaMom | Sep 20, 201910:50 AM

I'm looking for a recipe from the Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library Chicken cookbook, published in 1999. It's a recipe for chicken with leeks, apples cut into rings, Calvados, cream, and thyme. When I typed the recipe into my computer years ago I was in a low-fat, easy cooking phase and changed the recipe to use boneless skinless chicken breasts and who knows how many other modifications I made. Unfortunately I can't find my copy. Does anyone have the cookbook and could share the recipe please? (The cookbook has a picture of a roast chicken on the cover).
